Comparability analysis

Benchmarking, also called comparability analysis, is an element of transfer pricing documentation from 2017 for taxpayers whose revenues or costs within the meaning of the Accounting Act exceeded the equivalent of EUR 10 million in the year preceding the tax year.

They prepare a report containing the results of such analysis, which is a document of great evidential value in the case of tax and fiscal control in the field of transfer pricing.
